TASTING NOTES:
- View: bright amber color with coppery highlights.
- Nose: Fine aroma, with spicy pears dipped in a brandy, snuff, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla notes.
- Mouth: Light flavor with a smooth harmony between sweetness and acidity and refreshing notes of marzipan, wood, spices, pear, nuts and snuff.
APPELLATION: (Madeira, Portugal) Verdelho.VINEYARD: H.M. Borges.GRAPES: Verdelho.
AGEING: Madura in oak barrels in the Canteiro system for 10 years.PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, and then pass through a maceration process of skins and fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures.
