TASTING NOTES OF Tenuta Sant'Antonio Scaia Bianca 2017:
- View: Straw yellow, green reflections.
- Nose: white flowers of acacia, jasmine, citrus, pineapple, grapefruit, orange, apple, pear and mango.
- Mouth: fresh and pleasant, with a round well-sustained acidity, soft-bodied, fruity flavor.
APPELLATION: Veneto.
VINEYARD:
GRAPES: 45% Chardonnay, 55% Garganega
PROCESSING: soft pressing using a pneumatic press, cold maceration for a short period of time between 10 and 12 hours fermentation, in steel containers at low temperatures and with selected yeasts.
PAIRING: fish and pasta.
TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%
