Bisol Belstar Cuvée Rose Sparkling

- Nose: red berries, cherries, citrus, spicy notes of mint.
- Mouth: thyme and tomato leaves, elegant and floral. Fresh, fruity aftertaste.
GRAPES: Merlot, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon.
PREPARATION: grapes harvested by hand and taken to the winery for a short maceration to extract color and fruity aromas typical of the product. Must fermentation conducted at temperatures of 16-17 °C in steel and the second fermentation carried out in the autoclave after the addition of yeast and sugar to the bases of sparkling wine. Second fermentation in autoclave for about 15 to 20 days
PAIRING: as an aperitif, with fruit desserts, fresh dishes, cheese and vegetables tickets.
TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11%
