VINEYARD: vineyards, terraced and located at an altitude of 500 meters or more, are very difficult to grow, so this viticulture is sometimes defined as heroic. The extreme height of this area and strong variations in temperature between day and night are able to characterize these wines, giving a great elegance and finesse.
GRAPES: Nebbiolo 100%.
