This wine comes from the vineyards of the territory of the municipality of Sant'Ambrogio. The grape varieties are 80% Corvina, 10% Rondinella and 10% Sangiovese. The vinification happens after light destemming with a maceration of 6-7 days on the skins. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Then the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Serve at room temperature storage potential: Some years. Origin: Veneto Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Sangiovese Colour: ruby ​​red Nose: Delicate, reminiscent of almonds and violets.
