“The Valpolicella Bertani born from vineyards situated in the estate Novare, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, and other adjacent to the municipality of Grezzana, in Valpantena. It is produced mainly with grapes Corvina Veronese and Rondinella grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in the third decade of September. The vinification is traditional with a few replacements in order to limit the mining research. Then the wine is aged for about 12 months in cement tanks coated glass tile. This Valpolicella features a vibrant ruby red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of red currant, plum, raspberry and black cherry, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of pepper and cinnamon. The palate is light and fruity, with fresh tannins that invite to drink.
