Allegrini Valpolicella Classico 2019 (Corvina Veronese and Rondinella)
- View: Ruby red, with purple hues.
- Nose: Fruity aromas of cherry and flowers, enriched with hints of pepper and aromatic herbs.
- Mouth: Juicy and lively when young, over the years it develops delicacy; light tannins.
DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Valpolicella Classico
GRAPES: 70% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella.
AGING: Some months in steel, then 2 months in bottle.
PREPARATION: Fermentation in steel for 9 days at 25-31ºC;
PAIRING: Soups, stews, pasta, fish, roasted meat, white meat, grilled meat.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 16-18ºc
