L'Azienda Agricola Allegrini si trova in localita di Fumane di Valpolicella. Qui, presso la corte rurale Corte Giara, la Famiglia ha svolto, fin dal XVI secolo, l'attività agricola. Giovanni Allegrini, capostipite della nuova generazione, è considerato, per la sua competenza ed umanità, un protagonista assoluto della storia enologica di questa terra.
Valpolicella
Di colore rosso rubino con sfumature violacee, esprime una fragrante nota fruttata dominata dalla ciliegia, cui fanno eco più fresche sfumature di pepe ed erbe aromatiche, patrimonio di Corvina e Corvinone, le storiche uve di questa denominazione. Se da giovane colpisce per la beva scattante e succosa, a distanza di un paio d'anni esprime invece maggior delicatezza.

I think the best pairing would be with meat. I opened this wine with my best friend.
Intense ruby tone. Nice aromas of blackberries in this Corvina. Stays a quite a few time in the mouth.
