TASTING NOTES OF 7 Fuentes 2016:

  • View: Cherry red.
  • Nose: red fruits, mineral and spicy notes.
  • Mouth: sweet, velvety fruity, fresh and spicy finish.

APPELLATION: Valle de la Orotava.

GRAPES: 90% black Listán 10% Castellana black.

AGEING: 60% of the wine in concrete tanks and 40% in oak barrels of various capacities for 9 months.

PREPARATION: fermentation in stainless steel temperature controlled daily pumping, use of yeasts. Malolactic (60%) in concrete tanks of various capacities and the rest in Allier French oak of 500 liters.

PAIRING: with appetizers.

TEMPERATURE: 12-14 °C

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
