This Syrah from the Valle d'Aosta has really surprised by its finesse and elegance. A little 'different from Syrah type previously outlined, for the presence of interesting floral and reminiscent of the wines made in the area Petit rouge. Harmonious and balanced, of course it leases its power to the rest of the contenders, but it is normal, it is a "mountain wine" .This vine is born in the vineyard of the symbol, topped by a historic medieval tower dating from the fifteenth century. a time when the feudal nobility played a significant role in the lives not only military but also economic and social policy, the Valle d'Aosta, by building numerous forts and castles. At the end of the eighteenth century. The tower was later used by the kings of Savoy Victor Emmanuel I, Duke of Savoy, Piedmont and Aosta (1759-1824), as a personal hunting lodge.
