Nagòtt: it is composed by the assembly of grapes normally used for wine towers, with a prevalence of Petit Rouge. The vines are grown at 750-800 meters above sea level, on a single parcel in the town of Saint Pierre, in the locality Montagnine. The harvest takes place between late September and late October, with over-ripening of the plant. The maceration and fermentation lasts for 25 days in stainless steel, while the aging is done in barrels with lees stirring. It is bottled without filtration. Dona very different olfactory sensations, at first ripe red berries that open slowly with spices, until the graphite notes, to close with a final gentian. Excellent persistence, stimulates the palate and tells the terroir where it is born, including those stolen terraces to the rocks in a warm and enveloping embrace.
