Vermell 2018 (Garnacha tintorera and Monastrell)

AGEING: Raised in clay pots of 2,800 L between 4 and 6 months.
PREPARATION: The clusters are partially destemmed. Maceration and traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days. Malolactic fermentation also performs deposits.
WINE PAIRING: This wine can be enjoyed on all occasions with soft cheese, rice, rabbit fine herbs, meats to the oven, sausages and snacks.
