Very light flavour. It smells toasty.Do not know what had to taste like, but it was tasty.
I had it with a birthday cake.
My best friend had tried it and she recommended it to me.

It is better not to pair this Cariñena with food, as otherwise its fabulous taste might not be appreciated adequately. The best company for Maduresa is a good conversation.
I was impressed by its colour. Smells good, licorice and violet aromas. It tasted ok.

This 2011 was the recommended by a friends of us.
Has a very cheerful colour. Strong scents of coffee and toffee. Quite powerful flavour.
It was too well-bodied for our meal.
