Description of Cullerot 2019
Cullerot 2019 (Chardonnay, Macabeo, Malvasía, Merseguera, Pedro Ximénez and Verdil)
- View: Color straw yellow.
- Nose: white fruit aroma with citrus, herbaceous touches.
- Mouth: The finish is persistent with its acidity, smoothness and hints of forest feel on the palate.
APPELLATION: Valencia (Spain).
VINEYARD: Celler of the Roure.
GRAPES: Pedro Ximénez (30%), Chardonnay (20%), Verdil (10%), Duck (10%), Merseguera (10%) and Macabeo (20%).
AGEING: Fermentation occurs in clay pots buried, that is 60%; 40% occurs in stainless steel and last 5 to 6 months.
PREPARATION: The grapes used are given in old vines with soil containing little organic material. 80% of the grapes used and the rest are pressed macerated for 5 days.
WINE PAIRING: Its flavor combines well with red meat, pasta, fish and rice.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7 - 10 ° C
