Elaboration of Cullerot 2018
Cullerot 2018 (Chardonnay, Macabeo, Malvasía, Pedro Ximénez, Tortosina and Verdil)

- Nose: intense fruity notes and light herbal touches.
- Mouth: Fresh and good input. Shows pleasant notes of forest.
APPELLATION: Valencia (Valencia).
VINEYARD: Celler del Roure.
GRAPES: Chardonnay, Pedro Ximenez, Macabeo, Verdil.
AGEING: aged in the same earthenware jars and on its lees for about 5-6 months.
PREPARATION: is performed first stripping process. A portion of the grains perform a pneumatic press pressing -the 80% - and the rest macerated with their skins for about five days. Cullerot wort then passes through a natural settling cold and subsequently fermented in earthen jars buried -60% - and stainless steel tanks -40% -. Ultimately, Cullerot ages in the same earthenware jars and on its lees for about 5-6 months.
