Production Area
Designation of Origin O.D. Valencia is located near the Mediterranean coast east of the country at an altitude of between 250 and 1000 meters. The climate is warm and strong influence from the Mediterranean Sea. For centuries vines have been grown on the chalky, clay soils which, in combination with long hours of sunshine, produce fruity wines that are well structured with ripe tannins.
Grape Varieties
60% 40% Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat.
Vinification with cold maceration and fermentation at 14 ° C for the Sauvignon Blanc. The Moscatel is elaborated under the carbonic maceration technique. The wine is blended in stainless steel before bottling.

The colour of this 2016 seems darker than other vintages. Noticeable in this Utiel-Requena lemon and grape fruit aromas.An unpretentious, cool, nice, rich white.
