Louro do Bolo 2018 (Godello)

VINEYARD: Rafael Palacios
GRAPES: Godello and Treixadura
AGEING: In contact with its lees for 4 months.
PREPARATION: The grapes are selected plot by plot and later table when entering cellar. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in fudres French oak barrels 300 liters and 500 liters.
WINE PAIRING: dishes grilled white fish, seafood and rice stews.
