Rafael Palacios

Rafael Palacios is the son of D. Jose Palacios Remondo (founder of Bodegas Palacios Remondo) and a passion for making white wines. After making his first target in the family winery, Plácet, decides to create his own winery in Galicia, in the Valley Bibei under the name of Valdeorras, where he finds some old vines godello, ideal for preparing its white refined which grows recovering traditional viticulture, without use of herbicides or synthetic treatments.

I had it with fish, but I didn't like the fish, and therefore the wine didn't taste right. With snobby guys.
The typical colour of white. Aromas of lemon grass. I kept feeling the taste for a long time.
