Rafael Palacios

Rafael Palacios is the son of D. Jose Palacios Remondo (founder of Bodegas Palacios Remondo) and a passion for making white wines. After making his first target in the family winery, Plácet, decides to create his own winery in Galicia, in the Valley Bibei under the name of Valdeorras, where he finds some old vines godello, ideal for preparing its white refined which grows recovering traditional viticulture, without use of herbicides or synthetic treatments.

Aromas limpios e intensos a fruta blanca, pera, manzana verde, notas cítricas y algún matiz herbáceo.

Zijn intense kleur trok me. Ruikt fris, citroen en appel. Het deed me denken aan honing, gedroogden vruchten ...

Light golden color. On the nose aromas of sweet vanilla, ripe white fruit (peach and pineapple) with hint of butter.
In the mouth at first it is powerful, it has mineral aroma with notes of white fruit and a medium-body. It has a good structure and acidity. Medium to long final with mineral hints and herbal notes.
