- Nose: fresh black cherry, violet and blueberry, vanilla and mineral touches.
- Mouth: fresh and tasty, well-integrated tannins.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese.
AGEING: mainly matured in oak casks of Slavonic. A small proportion aged in French oak barrels (second and third use) for 10 months before further aging in tank before bottling. Aged for 10 months in bottle before release.
MAKING: fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures with natural yeast.
WINE PAIRING: Red meat and game.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° C
