  • View: Intense ruby ​​red high very bright.
  • Nose: Fruity and balsamic. Intense and elegant. Vanilla and toast in perfect harmony with its unique blend of up to 8 grape varieties.
  • Mouth: Powerful and meaty. Balancing tannins and round with a subtle mineral.

APPELLATION: Utiel-Requena.

VINES: Chozas Carrascal.

GRAPES: Bobal, Monastrell, Garnacha, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Merlot.

AGEING: Red wine with 14 months aging in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.

PREPARATION: vinification separately from each of the varieties. Fermentation temperature controlled below 25 ° C. Maceration of between 2 and 3 weeks. Performing two turbopigeage daily, and two délestage during maceration. Separation of wine in bloom during the descube. 75% of the wine for at eight is passed to French oak barrels of 220 liters, while 25% is held in deposits.
