The charming vineyard of Moscato is set on a hill, where the sun shines softly each cluster. The grapes are left on the plant until late November. Thus the botrytis cinerea (noble rot), with the help of the autumn mists, dehydrates the grapes of Muscat, making them rich in sugars and refined fragrances. The harvest takes place in several steps in the vineyard, so that all the grapes are harvested perfectly moldy. The squeezing is soft, natural fermentation takes place in steel for a few days, with carefully controlled temperatures. The excellent juice is put in French oak barrels for about a year. After a few months of bottle you will get a wonderful nectar scents decided: the first intense notes of ripe white peach will be followed by scents of yellow flowers. The taste impresses with surprising balance between sweetness and softness, supported by good acidity.
