Fruity with strong hints of spice and aromas of vanilla and cocoa on the nose. Flavours of blackberries, blueberries on the palate.



Fattoria Colsanto is the 18th century Umbrian Estate belonging to the Livon brothers, located in the commune of Bevagna within the Montefalco DOCG in the heart of Umbria and enjoys spectacular views of the towns of Assisi and Spello below.

Notes:          A deep ruby red colour. Fruity with strong hints of spice and aromas of vanilla and cocoa on the nose. Flavours of blackberries, blueberries on the palate. Soft tannins and a long finish.

The Ruris Farms Colsanto shows a deep ruby ​​red, the fragrance reveals intense, clean and pleasant, mostly of black cherry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and violet followed by pleasing aromas of vanilla, licorice. Aged for 15 months in oak barrels, followed by 3 months of aging in bottle.
