Villa Antinori Toscana Bianco 2019 (Malvasía, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Riesling Renano and Trebbiano)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Straw yellow, green reflections.
- Nose: fine and elegant fragrance, fruity notes of banana, pineapple, hints of white flowers.
- Mouth: balanced wine, pleasantly persistent and mineral.
APPELLATION: Tuscany.
GRAPES: Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Trebbiano.
AGEING: aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fragrance composition.
PREPARATION: Harvest made entirely by hand in the third decade of August. After a gentle pressing of the grapes, the wort is transferred to the steel, where fermentation begins at a temperature not exceeding 18ºC.
WINE PAIRING: light fish dishes, excellent to combine with vegetables steam.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12 ° C
