The Florentine Antinori family has been dedicated to wine culture for more than six centuries and produces top quality wines in Tuscany.
The Italian white wine Villa Antinori Bianco was first produced in 1931. Originally, the traditional Trebbiano grapes were the only grape variety used for wine production. The constant desire to improve the quality of the wine led in the following years to the blending of grapes of different origins. Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Riesling joined the Trebbiano to better structure this Chianti Classico.
Villa Antinori Bianco 2018 is a Chianti made from grapes grown exclusively in the estate's vineyards. The manual harvest takes place in the second half of August. The must undergoes a strictly controlled fermentation at a temperature of less than 18°C. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature. Hardening takes place later in stainless steel tanks.
This white wine convinces with a straw yellow colour with light green reflections. The bouquet offers white flowers, honey and citrus fruits. Full-bodied and mineral, it is perceived in the mouth. Simply delicious!

Villa Antinori Bianco Toscana 2015
A nice coppery yellow colour. Curious aromas of citrus. I noticed a licorice flavour.
