La Spinetta Sezzana Toscana 2004 (Sangiovese)

- Mouth: beautiful, elegant, red and black cherries, cherry liqueur, metol, pine, spices and fresh acidity, notes of sweet flowers, a silky finish.
VINEYARD: Name: Sezzana, located in Cascina Terme in Tuscany. sandy, chalky, rocky, volcanic soils.
GRAPES: Sangiovese 95% and 5% Colorino.
AGEING: 12-14 months in new French oak barrels, medium toast.
Elaboration: Made sustainably, without the use of herbicides or pesticides. alcoholic controlled in rotofermentadores for 6 to 8 days, malolactic fermentation in fermentation temperature.
PAIRING: Red meat and pasta dishes.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
