La Massa Giorgio Primo 2014

Olte With 20 years of history behind it, the 'Toscana IGT Giorgio Primo 2014 Fattoria la Massa was born in Greve in Chianti, in the so-called "Conca d'Oro". Wine company's flagship "La Massa", is second to none, Cabernet Sauvignon-based product with the addition of Merlo and Petit Verdot, aged in oak barrels for about 18 months. With a superb minerality, red wine Giorgio Primo is soft and very fruity, well balanced in all its components. End like few others, thanks to the brilliantly integrated tannins, has a persistent non-invasive but very long.

In the glass it shows a beautiful ruby red and bright. The nose opens with fruity and elegant plum, black cherry and currant, embellished with light sweet spicy nuances. The palate is soft and very well structured with important but gentle tannins. Excellent persistence of rich and fruity finish. The combination recommended for Toscana Rosso IGT "Giorgio Primo" Fattoria La Massa is the traditional one, which sees him with important preparations of game and red meats. Excellent with mature cheeses.

The berry smell can be appreciated. You could notice the acidity of the La Massa, very good.
There are other better quality red.

I found it at a wine tasting.
I especially liked the colour. Smells like chocolate. I noticed the fruit flavor.
Is to be drunk with food.
