TASTING NOTES:

AGEING: The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, after which enters the bottle to rest for another 6 months.
PREPARATION: The grapes are carefully selected vineyards of 11 hectares are managed in accordance with ecological guidelines.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal with red meat, Pecorino cheese and Bistecca alla fiorentina stale.
