TASTING NOTES:

View: Pale yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Highly complex bouquet reveals notes of candied citrus, quince jam and oral sensations, leading to intriguing nuances of iodine and spicy bread.
Mouth: The freshness and acidity blend in perfect harmony with the refined softness resulting from its long maturation on the lees. A gorgeously long finish offers notes of white pepper and dried apricots.
