I drank it alone.
Nice colour. The Ferrari Perlé Millesimato 2009 gave off aromas of yeast. Smoky notes in the mouth.
I decided not to pair it with any dish.

Good wine, but I would not take it with fish. At a very elegant evening.
is a real treat for the eyes. Subtle aromas of bakery and yeast. Surprisingly fresh.

Ferrari Trento Perlé is the first wine I drank with my parents.
Great colour. Lovely smell of bakery and yeast. Fleshy. Chocolate coulant taste.
The best of the meal was this wine.

An intense bouquet but of particular finesse with scents of almond blossom, rennet apples, a faint spiciness and a hint of crusty bread. Dry, crisp and elegant with a very persistent finish.

They had it at the local shop.
Deep colour at first sight. Yeasty smell. The Trento tasted like wild berries.
