TASTING NOTES:

APPELLATION: Trento
VINEYARD: Trentino Alto Adige is the land that great wines. Abate Nero Trento Extra Brut agricultural company Black Abad is produced, from grapes grown in the area of Lavis, north of Trento. Luciano owned vineyards Lunelli and Eugenio de Castel Terlago, for the benefit of mountain territory and well exposed to the sun. The extension of vineyards is somewhat limited, but still allows a production of Abate Nero Trento Extra Brut high quality: about 50,000 bottles a year.
GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay
AGEING: It's better than the young flavor.
PREPARATION: Chardonnay manually harvested immediately sent to the press, which is followed by a rapid extraction. Making white wine is indeed a prerequisite for the production of this excellent Abate Nero Trento Extra Brut. The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while the second fermentation which will transform the wine spumante- occurs in the bottle, in selected yeasts, for a time which is approximately 18 months. Only then this extra good brut can be tested.
PAIRING: Combines well especially with the starters, both sea and land.
