“Gewürztraminer Campaner born in the vineyards in Caldaro Kellerei Kaltern-in the magnificent and prestigious surroundings of South Tyrol. Obtained exclusively from Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested late, the juice of this wine is left to ferment very slowly to stibile of 18ºC temperature. This process follows the maturation stage, carried out on the lees for five months. The wine is then filtered and then bottled. It is characterized by an intense yellow color, with obvious golden hues. The nose offers a complex aroma of great impact, with delicate scents of rose petals and lychee, which arise notes of clove and cinnamon, and a fresh scent of sage. In the mouth, despite an excellent structure, the wine shows an easy to drink, thanks to a strong acidity and aftertaste of tropical fruit, that tickle the palate with good persistence. Perfect with fish and shrimp with a strong flavor. Excellent with some Asian spicy dishes or vegetarian.”

The Kaltern Gewürztraminer Campaner has a golden yellow colour. It smelled of orange, lime, lemon, ... A smoky touch remained in my mouth.”
