The high altitude gives grape acidity well structured, with a fine and pleasant fruit. The goal is to produce a wine with fine aromas (rose, litchi, honey and tropical aromas) with pronounced acidity. Fermentation of the must ca. 4-10 weeks; 100% in barrels without malolactic acacia; the wine remains in the containers for fermentation until the 'bottling in June. Sales in September before the next harvest; per year are produced ca. 5. 000 bottles. First year 1995.”
