- Nose: pronounced varietal aroma, notes of small red fruit, cherry, spicy notes of white pepper and cinnamon, light wood and recognizable
- Mouth: soft and round taste, balanced body and medium body. Fresh and very persistent, with good tannins.
APPELLATION: Alto Adige.
VINEYARD: Name: Krafuss vineyard on the hill of Appiano / mountain 430-450 m. Exhibited in the southeast. loamy, rocky, chalky brown.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir.
AGEING: Aged for 12 months in barrels (Allier, Nevers, Vosges, 1/3 new).
PREPARATION: maceration (18 days) and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
WINE PAIRING: pasta, red meats, game birds and cheeses.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
