Description: Bright yellow color, gold with a green glow.
Very rich, complex, still quite closed, youthful aroma. Burgundian style with a delicate creaminess, some toasty oak and ripe tropical fruits. Hints of vanilla and toasted almonds.
Rich, well structured though elegant flavor, harmonious, with a racy acidity, fresh to match the depht of fruit and oak spine.
In proper storage conditions, aging potential of this wine is at least 8 to 10 years.
Suggested foods: Rich, strong dishes such as seafood flavored with sauces, lobster, white meat and poultry.
