Pintia 2014 reveals generous and velvety tannins. It's a great wine that has been recognized on more than one occasion by the most important critic in the world, Robert Parker, who defines it as "extremely aromatic, expressive, and open, very typical of Toro and a great vintage for Pintia". Although it is very young, you can save this 2014 vintage for years before enjoying it.

Pintia 2014 (Tinta de Toro)
TASTING NOTES OF Pintia 2014:
- View: cherry red with cardinal borders, intense and deep
- Nose: broad, very clean, expressive and elegant, great fruit intensity, wrapped in a wood, subtle and high quality
- Mouth: great structure, good tannic presence and a very friendly, fresh and persistent palate. Floral memories in retronasal.
DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Toro
VINEYARD: Wineries and vineyards Pintia
GRAPES: 100% bull ink
AGING: aging for 12 months in 70% French and 30% American oak barrels
ELABORATION: selection in the vineyard and another in the winery. The first one eliminated those clusters that could be confused from the field and the second one affects the defective berries that are in optimal clusters. Cold maceration, for 5 days before fermentation, in the oak wood vats.
Malolactic fermentation 100% realization in wood
WINE PAIRING: Regional cuisine, Spanish cuisine, Spoon dishes, Mushrooms, Meat, Red meat, Game, Ox
TEMPERATURE OF CONSUMPTION: 16-18ºC

- View: Straw yellow.
- Nose: Very light and elegant, with soft tones of ripe apples and citrus.
- Mouth: smooth with a harmonious acid at the end, reminiscent of ripe lemons and send your imagination on the long journey through Italy fruit.
APPELLATION: Veneto (Veneto, Italy).
VINEYARD: Villa Santa Flavia.
GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay.
AGEING: During 2 years.
PREPARATION: Pressed to produce a special quality, grapes are carefully selected must pass a long maturation process, since only particularly aromatic berries, soft fermentation and aging in barrels in the cellar are processed liter bottled.
PAIRING: crunchy salads or fish dishes, seafood, baked fish mixed, soups, boiled meat, poultry and exquisite for Italian snacks.

It enjoys a frank, expressive nose with intense aromas of fine fruit fused with a subtle wood
Very present structure while voluptuous and friendly
Its concentration and its magnificent structure, combines well with steaks and other meats grilled beef with lamb, vegetable stews, casseroles as Asturian bean stew, cooked zancarrón and highlanders, Castilian or Madrid
