Description of Lungarotti Torre di Giano 2018
Lungarotti Torre di Giano 2018 (Grechetto, Trebbiano and Vermentino)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: cool white, straw-colored with greenish reflections.
- Nose: fruity, with long and intense well-defined citrus fruits, white flowers and fresh fruit salad aromas.
- Mouth: dry, with a good structure, has a fragrant evolution with delicate acidity and a long aftertaste.
APPELLATION: Bianco di Torgiano DOC.
VINEYARD: Cantine Lungarotti.
GRAPES: Vermentino, Trebbiano and Grechetto.
AGEING: stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: Manual harvest in early September. Produced exclusively from free wort, after a short cold maceration is vinifica cold steel.
WINE PAIRING: excellent aperitif, accompanied by bruschetta and croutons. Elegantly accompanies pasta with vegetables, velvety with seasonal vegetables, seafood, onion soup, soft cheeses, and also cooked pork butchers.
RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE SERVICE: 12-14 °C

I thought the colour of this Lungarotti wine was almost golden. Perfume of white flowers: jasmine, lilies .... It is a full-bodied white .
