Orestiadi Molino a Vento Nerello Mascalese 2019 (Nerello Mascalese)
TASTING NOTES:

APPELLATION: Terre Siciliane (Sicily, Italy)
VINEYARD: Tenute Orestiadi.
GRAPES: Nerello Mascalese.
AGEING: Fermentation is carried out for 12 to 15 days at temperatures of 24-30ºC controlled with daily pumping and one download. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and has minimal contact oak to preserve freshness.
PREPARATION: is harvested on sandy soils.
WINE PAIRING: It is recommended to taste traditional Japanese aged cheeses, grilled mushrooms, appetizers and fish.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14 - 18 ° C
