TASTING NOTES OF Firriato Charme Bianco 2015:
- View: pale straw yellow, light green hues.
- Nose: soft notes of wildflowers, hiniesta, reminiscent of mango, papaya, banana and ripe yellow melons, subtle aromas of rosemary and laurel.
- Mouth: balanced, complex, animated nature, with a touch Ramargo extremely nice, soft structure.
GRAPES: Grillo and Zibibbo.
WINE PAIRING: pasta, fish, crustaceans.
TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%
