AGEING: Aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels and at least 36 months in bottle.PREPARATION: Manual harvest in boxes with careful selection of grapes in the vineyard. Steel fermentation maceration on the skins for about 14 days at room temperature.
PAIRING: lamb pappardelle with ragu of pork, roast beef or fillet Rosini. Ideal also with tasty dishes of fish stews.RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE SERVICE: 18 °C.ALCOHOL: 14.1%
