TASTING NOTES:
- View: From straw yellow.
- Nose: intensely fruity nose with hints of apple, peach, melon, jasmine and honey.
- Mouth: Fruity and fragrant on the palate with good acidity and persistence.

VINEYARD: Cantine Paolini
GRAPES: Ansonica (100%)
AGEING: Brisk in barrels for about 2 months. Refines for six months in bottle.
PREPARATION: The grape pressing is very soft and slow fermentation at 15 ° C takes about 13 days.
