Tenuta Ulisse Passerina 2018 (Passerina)
- View: Straw yellow, light green hues.
- Nose: fruity aroma, peach, apricot and grapefruit, hints of wisteria, limes and over time, clearly mineral.
- Mouth: floral flavors, ripe fruit, melon, flint, clean and crisp acidity.
APPELLATION: Terre di Chieti.
VINEYARD: located in the district of Chieti.
AGEING: aged for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: whole grapes cooled in an exclusive cooling tunnel with immediate drop in temperature and consequent cold maceration of the skins. After pressing, grinding soft inert atmosphere at 0.7 bar. Cold decanting at 14 °C for 24-48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 8-11 °C.
PAIRING: fish dishes, tasty raw fish and seafood.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
