4/5

Noblest expression of Aglianico, this wine takes its name from the place of origin of the grapes: the Taurasi zone. The color is ruby red with garnet. The nose is intense and complex, with aromas ranging from ripe red fruit and spicy cinnamon, nutmeg and anise. The palate is soft and balanced, supported by a good freshness that makes it a wine for long aging.

Excellent wine with unbeatable value for money, even taking into account that this is an Italian wine.

The Feudi di San Gregorio Taurasi Radici pairs perfectly with meat. Me and my clients from Taurasi tasted it together.
Bright red and purple reflections. Nice aromas of blackberries in this Aglianico. I didn't notice any aftertaste, but the taste was right.
