Viña Norte Tradicional 2017 (Listan Negro and Negramoll)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: cherry red colors with bright violet tones, good coat, and live.
- Nose: intense and fruity aroma, rich with hints of red fruits.
- Mouth: The mouth is dry, well structured, balanced in its components and slightly tannic, very pleasant and persistent.
APPELLATION: Tacoronte-Acentejo.VINEYARD: Bodegas Tenerife Island.GRAPES: 95% Listán black and Negramoll by 5%.
PREPARATION: Its preparation stemmed and lightly squeezed the grapes to facilitate a better release of the new wine. The fermentation temperature between 27 and 29 °C and the soaking time between 7 and 10 days.
PAIRING: White and red meats, roasts, cheese, poultry, legumes.RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE SERVICE: 14 °CALCOHOL: 13.5%

I had it with fish, but I didn't like the fish, and therefore the wine didn't taste right.
