Monin Caramel
TASTING NOTES:
- Color: Caramel Syrup Monin is a translucent amber
- Smell: Rich caramel aroma;
- Taste: sweet creamy caramel flavor with hints of molasses
PREPARATION: The rich flavor and color of caramel come from the process of heating and melting the sugar.
CONSUMER ADVICE: Lattes, mochas and hot coffee, ice cream and frozen; hot teas, ice cream and frozen; hot chocolates; cold and steamed milk; smoothies and shakes; cream sodas; drinks for children; cocktails with and without alcohol ciders. Combine ¾ oz. (22 mL) Syrup Caramel (Caramel) MONIN with ¼ oz. (18ml) Vanilla Syrup (Vanilla) MONIN to get a flavor of "crème brulee" (or pudding)
Decorating options: whipped cream, a drizzle of Caramel Sauce (Caramel) MONIN, candy pieces
It can be used with dairy products like milk, cream and "half & half"
