TASTING NOTES:
- View: beautiful pale yellow color halftone, bright greenish reflections. He came clean and clear.
- Nose: aromas that remind us feelings of pear and candied apples, white flowers and mineral notes.
- Mouth: exquisite flavor predominance of mineral notes, also is fruity and perceived apples, pears and peaches, nice finish and fruity.

VINEYARD: Swartland Winery.
GRAPES: 100% Chenin Blanc.
AGEING: 6 months in French oak barrels.
MAKING: the grapes on arrival at the winery were placed to macerate cold. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to 12.5 ° C for 10 to 40 days. 40% of the wine was fermented in old barrels and the rest in French oak barrels.
WINE PAIRING: it can be served with delicious dishes containing seafood and other foods from the sea.
