Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs is the only single estate wine solely from Ridgeview's home Chardonnay vineyard. A delicate pale gold with silvery highlights, persistent bubbles lead to an exceptional mousse. The bouquet is subtle with suggestions of honey and brioche which will become more noticeable with ageing. A refreshing palate with crisp minerality, alongside citrus and white tropical fruits. A beautifully balanced finish that lingers on.
