Thelema Mountain Red 2016 (Merlot)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: A view is dark, bright red.
- Nose: fruity aroma perceived tone plum and spices.
- Mouth: The palate has good body, juicy, sweet with hints of tannin and has long lingering finish.
GRAPES: Shiraz 37%, Petit Verdot 24%, 19% Merlot, Grenache 10%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.
AGEING: Aged for 18 months in wooden barrels.
PREPARATION: To prepare the network 2016 Mountain portions of the youngest vineyards are selected for this wine fruit driven yet complex.
WINE PAIRING: We recommend pairing this wine with meals light and medium flavor, such as pizza and pasta dishes, white meats.
