  • Mouth: A well balanced palate that provides fine silky tannins and a long finish and ideal for concentrated fruit wine bright snap.

PAIRING: Sirloin steak with a cream base (mustard or black fungus) or bearnaise sauce,

leg of lamb with rosemary slowly, gemsbok and kudu steak with a creamy whole hip

Mustard Sauce.

WINEMAKING: Aging wine pressing was 18 months in 60% new French oak barrels, 40% of 1 year old.

That is to take with good "Pinchos" or "Tapas". My partner loves this Stellenbosch.
Cherry red colour with purple edges. Aromas of berries. Nice and fresh.
