AGEING: Madura for 4 months on the lees before being finally blended, bottled and marketed.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand and once in the cellar are macerated for 12 to 24 hours in contact with the skins of grapes and then fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal with white meats, seafood, shellfish, sushi, sashimi, fresh cheeses and sausages.
